DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST / Focus Social Media (German&Eng)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on social media management to join our expanding Marketing Team within the Professional Audio and Video sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess good German language skills (to support various countries), and have a solid understanding of both paid and organic social media strategies. Responsibilities:

- Social Media Content Creation: o Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially others.o Adapt content for different target audiences while ensuring brand consistency.o Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

- Social Media Community Management: o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.o Foster positive interactions with followers to build brand loyalty.

- Paid Social Media Advertising: o Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns.o Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.o Stay informed about new advertising features and opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of audiovisual subjects is a plus.

- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management, with a passion for keeping up with trends.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools; familiarity with social media analytics tools and understanding of paid advertising will be an advantage.

- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, along with organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
