Job description

As a Nursery Practitioner/ Nursery teacher you will be carrying and looking after children age 0-5 years old.

Delivering safe, high-quality care and nurture to our children is our main priority. You will:

• Work with parents and colleagues and make children are safe
• Help children to dress, feed, change their clothing and nappies
• Supervise young children at meal times
• Plan and organises activities and supervise children’s play at all times
• Establishing fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with children, their parents, peers and management team
• Assess children’s development across the EYFS curriculum, write reports on children’s development
• Communicate with parents and colleagues on children’s development and well-being
• Be enthusiastic, innovative, energetic and able to motivate others
• Be flexible, practical and willing to be directly involved in practical tasks

• Earn between £25,831 per annum to £26,520 annual salary rewarding your hard work and dedication, depending on your level of qualification and experience
• A retention and recruitment bonus of £250/year from the second year in continuous employment, increasing to £400 per year after 5 years in service

Qualifications required:

NVQ levels up to Qualified Teacher Status

Experience:

Relevant experience in caring for children 0-5 years old.

Additional requirements:

Being fluent in Spanish holds a significant advantage

Speaking another language than English is desirable

The role is a full-time position (40h working week).
