Leading European bioanalytical CRO based in Barcelona (Spain), which provides bioanalytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries worldwide, looking for its Central Lab Department:

Junior Project Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

1) Project Coordination & Client Interaction:

• Assist in coordinating Central Lab projects within clinical trials.

• Communicate with clients, CROs, and clinical centres to ensure requirements are met.

• Oversee the preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.

2) Sample & Logistics Management:

• Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical centres.

• Liaise with courier services, manage queries, resolve incidents, and obtain necessary import-export permits.

3) Orders & Supplier Management:

• Manage orders and suppliers, including placing orders, following up, and reviewing received items.

4) Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and maintain Central Lab technical documentation (e.g., Lab Manuals, Clinical Forms).

What we are looking for:

• University degree or professional training in Life Sciences.

• Organized, methodical, and proactive with strong attention to detail.

• Proven experience in coordinating and executing projects.

• Excellent level of English; additional languages a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on approach.

• High motivation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international team.
